Atlantic Jewish Film Festival

 NOVEMBER 16-20 2016

The Atlantic Jewish Film Festival (AJFF) is presented by the Atlantic Jewish Council, a registered non-profit society with charitable status, but it is largely volunteer-driven.

Following the success of last fall’s second annual AJFF, the AJFF organizing committee is giddily anticipating another festival of capacity crowds eager to dine out on five days of award-winning international films as well as a gala party.

The festival provides a singular opportunity for the public to experience the Jewish world. We offer film lovers documentaries, comedies and dramas that otherwise would not screen in Nova Scotia. We choose films to engage, entertain and educate a diverse, inclusive audience.

Last year our Saturday evening film, “Deli Man” (USA), was followed by a gala party featuring heaping platters of Montreal smoked meat and other traditional deli foods in keeping with the documentary. We’re still working on the 2016 line-up of films but we can promise you a few things: the party will be as much fun, the venues will be as spectacular, and the food will have you coming back for more!

We depend on you. By becoming a sponsor/advertiser of the AJFF you assure our growth. You become a part of the AJFF family.

All options offer perks, from free movies to tickets to the gala party, for more information click here.

We’d be happy to sign you up as a sponsor or advertiser as well as answer any questions. Please call us at the Atlantic Jewish Council at 902.422.7491 x221 or email
