The Halifax Jewish community will be having a special PRIDE SHABBAT DINNER!

Where: The Rooftop Garden of Halifax Seaport Farmer’s Market, 1209 Marginal Road, Halifax, NS
We welcome diverse community members to join us on this Friday evening as we mark the start of the Jewish Sabbath with a meal and a variety of traditions.
Learn more about our customs and enjoy wonderful food as we celebrate the intersections within our Jewish and Pride communities with special guests from other local faith communities, Halifax Pride, and the local Halifax LGBTQ+ Jewish community. If you are interested in getting familiar with Jewish traditions, meeting new people, and celebrating the Halifax Pride Festival while eating great Jewish food – this is the place for you!

Tickets include a three-course meal, drinks (for those 19+), and a free ride after dinner from the Halifax Seaport Farmer’s Market to Gottingen Street just in time for Halifax Pride’s Gottingen Gathering.
We do not want the price to be a barrier for anyone who wants experience our Pride Shabbat Dinner.
