THE SARAJEVO HAGGADAH: Music of the Book

Gilsig Series in Jewish Arts and Culture
7:00 pm, Sir James Dunn Theatre, Dal Arts Centre

Drawing upon the musical traditions of Spain, Italy, Austria, and Bosnia-Herzegovina, and featuring the haunting imagery of the manuscript itself, The Sarajevo Haggadah: Music of the Book, creatively interprets the artifact as a universal symbol of exile, return, and co-existence. Admission is FREE but space is limited. Please arrive early.

With an introductory lecture by Dr. Daniel Brandes, University of King’s College.

    They could have a donation plate. Then when people leave, and they could give whatever they can afford.
